German occupation meant a confiscation of clubs possessions. Polish sports clubs were outlawed. Wisła - like other teams - continues its activity in the underground. Wisła players use inostensible shirt, like the one pictured above.

After Wisła incorporation into Zrzeszenie Sportowe Gwardia (Militia Sports Association) club's tradition has been broken. Despite the initial agreement, Wisła colors were replaced with Gwardia's..
